Let’s help civilians of ukraine
Let's Help is a joint charitable project run by Helpdesk.media, Meduza, and TV Rain. We provide help to Ukrainians affected by Russia's invasion.
Thanks to the collected donations, together with our partners, we help peaceful Ukrainians restore their homes and health after Russian shelling, deliver bread and other food products to frontline villages, set up bomb shelters in schools, evacuate people and animals from the front line, and provide shelters for those who have lost their homes. We have already helped 292,000 Ukrainians. Let's continue together?

These are just a few of the many requests for help. Every month, we gather requests from all over Ukraine. Your monthly donation is support for real people for many months ahead. Let's help!
Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about the project
Why did we launch the Let's Help campaign?
The goal of Let's Help is to ensure a continuous flow of aid to the residents of Ukraine who have suffered from Russian aggression. Every month, we transfer the collected funds to organizations in Ukraine that provide help. In addition, we allocate funds for urgent aid to those affected by Russian shelling.
Can I donate to you if I live in Russia?
No, it is not safe for you, as all the founders of Let's Help are recognized as "undesirable" organizations in Russia, and such a donation within the country could lead to criminal charges (including under particularly serious articles). We also ask you not to make a donation if you report the movement of your funds to foreign accounts to the Russian tax service. However, you can always ask a friend or relative who is not in Russia to make a donation on your behalf.
In all other cases, you can donate to Let's Help: from any other country with any non-Russian bank card (as well as via PayPal or cryptocurrency).
How and to whom do you provide help in Ukraine if you are not in Ukraine yourself?
That's not entirely true: part of the Let's Help team lives in Ukraine, including one of the managers working with Ukrainian partners. Our Ukrainian colleagues are well-versed in the local context, understand where help is most needed, and are constantly expanding the network of partner organizations in Ukraine through which we provide help. Our partners are also on the ground, responding promptly to shelling and changes on the front lines, collecting and sending us targeted requests, which we fulfill every month.
Can I choose what my donation will be spent on?
No, if you make a donation to Let's Help, it goes into a general fund that we distribute monthly among all received requests for assistance. However, if you subscribe to regular donations (which we really hope you do!), your donation might be spent one month on evacuating people from frontline villages, and another month on providing food for elderly people in a shelter. You can learn more about how regular donations are used here.
Can I increase or decrease the amount of my regular donation? Сan I cancel it?
Yes, yes, and yes — you can manage your monthly donation. To do this, email us at [email protected], and within three business days, we will make the necessary changes to your payment.
Where can I see your reports?
Right here. Every month, we publish a detailed report on where and in what amounts the collected funds have been allocated.
Do you absolutely not provide assistance to the Ukrainian military?
We do not help the Armed Forces of Ukraine or any other paramilitary formations or active military personnel. Let's Help is solely a humanitarian project created to support the peaceful residents of Ukraine.
Do you have targeted fundraising campaigns?
Yes, on average, we launch five targeted fundraising campaigns per month. These can be for the heroes of our stories (which we share on our social media), joint projects with partners (for example, fundraiser for bread for residents of the Donetsk region), or for people who have reached out to us for assistance by submitting an application here (the form is available in Ukraian and Russian).
There is an option in the donation form to add a percentage to support the Let's Help team. What is this for?
The Let's Help campaign is run by a whole team: aid coordinators, fundraisers, journalists, and a financial officer. To continue collecting and distributing aid (as well as sharing the stories of Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression), we need funds to pay salaries for all these people. Your tips help us continue to assist the residents of Ukraine.
